I would like to send our congratulations to the team from TeleChoice & Planet Telecoms responsible for the IMM Platinum Dealer Outlet, for a fantastic result in our recent Mystery Shopper Survey conducted for us by OmniTouch.

We know that a phenomenal amount of effort has gone into the IMM outlet and this has paid off handsomely in terms of the above observations. The IMM outlet scored a result of 79% overall, this is way in front of the scores for SingTel and M1.

The results are extremely heartening for the Customer Experience team as well as StarHub as it is proof that our Branded Customer Experience drive is being felt through all touch points and we have wonderful support from TeleChoice & Planet Telecoms.
